Customer Service Coordinator – UAE
Description:
We’re looking for a friendly and well-spoken Customer Service Coordinator to join TKC Documents Clearing Services in the UAE. You’ll be responsible for managing client interactions, answering inquiries, and coordinating document collection. A customer-first attitude and knowledge of UAE processes will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries in a timely manner
Explain service procedures and document requirements to clients
Schedule appointments and manage client follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, preferably in the UAE
Fluent in English; Arabic or Malayalam is a plus
Good understanding of UAE documentation processes
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
